WorkAbility is designed to promote career awareness and exploration while high school students complete their secondary education program. WorkAbility is administered by a grant funded by the California Department of Education in partnership with Hesperia Unified School District.  

Special education high school students with a current IEP may apply to WorkAbility for employment readiness skills and work training.
