SAFE SCHOOLS ADVISORY STATEMENT

Maintaining safe schools is very important to the Hesperia Unified School District. HUSD wants to work to keep our schools free of alcohol, narcotics (nicotine, THC, marijuana, etc.), vape devices, knives, pepper spray/mace, brass knuckles, firearms (including replicas, look-alikes, bullets, magazines, etc.), and/or any other weapons or dangerous objects.  If you are ever made aware of any of these items being on campus please report the matter to the site administrator immediately as they are grounds for school action up to suspension and/or expulsion and police action up to citation and/or arrest.  Per California state law, there is no acceptable reason for these items to be on a school campus at any time.  By working together we can keep our students and schools safe.
